MK6 Golf R Catless Downpipe

Our 3-inch catless downpipe is a popular upgrade for the VW Golf R Mk6, featuring mandrel-bent T304 stainless steel tubing with a consistent 76mm (3") diameter from turbo outlet to midpipe connection. It eliminates the factory catalytic converter and restrictive piping (around 60-70mm), using TIG-welded construction, O2 sensor ports, v-band or bolted flanges, flex sections, and a reducer for stock exhaust fitment.

Mandrel bending ensures smooth exhaust flow without crimps, paired with thick turbo flanges to prevent leaks under boost. Most include stainless clamps, gaskets, and hardware for direct bolt-on installation behind the turbo.

Designed specifically for Mk6 Golf R (2009-2013, EA888 2.0T AWD), it mates to OEM catback or aftermarket systems. Requires Stage 2 tuning to manage O2 sensor codes and optimise gains.
